Silly Lunch Boy

Here begins the many blogs that I was able to capture while on vacation. Dan and I were a little nervous about taking Carson away from all that he is familiar with. We were unsure how he would do in the car ride, how he would adjust to a new bed and bedroom, as well as how crazy he would drive us. I'm happy to report that he did alright in the car ride (binky was great to have along), he slept as well (if not better) than he does at home, and we managed to keep him busy enough not to drive us crazy. In fact, I got to take a nap every day at the same time as Carson because there were no chores to do and Dan got to watch almost all of the first day of the draft...all in all it was a very successful vacation.

The first two pictures are Carson's newest favorite lunch...a PB&J sandwich with pretzel sticks stuck into the cutouts. Yummy!

Lunchtime falls about 45 minutes before naptime - here I was trying to show Carson how to relax by showing him how to lay his head back and close his eyes. These are just a few of his attempts at relaxation...what a funny guy :)
